You are the one they turn to.
Thursdays · Noon ET, one hour

When the board asks “are we exposed?”, when the product team wants to ship something that touches a stablecoin, when a client or regulator asks a question nobody prepped you for, it lands on your desk. Whether that desk belongs to a general counsel, a compliance lead, a CFO or treasurer, an operator, a founder wearing every hat, a board member, a fund manager, or the advisor clients call first, you’re expected to have an answer, in plain English, by Friday.
The ground keeps moving
The problem is not that answers don't exist. It's that the ground keeps moving. Treasury's stablecoin licensing regime takes effect January 18, 2027. The SEC has proposed a new framework for crypto assets. Tokenized assets and automated payment flows are pulling more decisions, and more decision-makers, into regulatory scope every quarter. Ambiguity quietly transfers risk onto whoever has to decide anyway.
What The CLARITY Briefing is for
That's what The CLARITY Briefing is for. Every Thursday at 12:00 PM ET, a live working session: what changed, who it touches, and the questions worth asking before they're asked of you.
Hosted by Dr. Tonya M. Evans, digital asset attorney and regulatory strategist who has advised financial institutions, VASPs, and policymakers and testified before Congress on digital assets. Bring your questions; she takes them live.
The session streams live on LinkedIn, open to anyone. Registering is what puts you in the live Q&A chat and sends you the session materials afterward.
